However, during negotiations on how to formalize these contributions, divergences often arise:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In general, investors are interested in entering the company&#8217;s capital. In addition to participating in decisions, this allows them to obtain information about the accounts. Furthermore, in many cases, investing in capital allows them to enjoy tax advantages in their personal income tax.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the other hand, company managers may prefer that investors do not enter as partners so that they can continue to be the ones making business decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The regulations offer alternatives that can satisfy both parties. See some examples:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The issuance of non-voting shares, which allows investors to enter the capital but without being able to vote at general meetings.
