The “Digital Kit” is direct aid for SMEs, micro-enterprises, and self-employed individuals for the implementation of cataloged digital solutions (website improvement and online presence, business analysis, e-invoicing and virtual office, cybersecurity, etc.) through “digitalization agents” (specialized technology companies).
You can allocate the aid to any of the areas of action included in the catalog, and its amount ranges between 2,000 and 12,000 euros depending on the number of employees in the company.
What projects can you undertake? Within the catalog of areas of action, with this subsidy you can choose to implement any of them. Thus, depending on your options, you can achieve:
- Through business analysis, you can modify unprofitable production processes or use more economical tools; for example, the implementation of digital documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, or even electronic contracts, the automation of processes such as online orders or smart warehouses that manage stock and prepare inventories in real time.
- By analyzing the information obtained through social networks or user behavior on your website, you can understand your customers’ needs. New technologies allow for data collection, creating heat maps of the most visited areas of your website, and individualizing them by user.
- Given the rise of cyberattacks, investing in the design of action protocols and cybersecurity training for your employees is also highly recommended.
