How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your CV for up to one year from the date of your last update; therefore, you will need to submit a new, updated CV if you wish to continue participating in our recruitment processes. However, we will retain your data for the periods specified in the applicable legal provisions and for as long as necessary to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing.
Who might we share your data with?
We will share your data with companies within the Unidad Group (UNIGEST VILA S.L., UNIDAD ASESORIA DE FINCAS and ASESORIA UNIDAD SCOOP) on the basis of our legitimate interest in the consolidated management of recruitment processes at group level, or where there is a legal obligation to do so.
In weighing up the public interest against their rights and freedoms, it has been determined that the processing had a limited impact on the data subjects’ privacy, as it is in line with their reasonable expectations and does not pose any significant risks.
What are your rights?
