This specialized department manages the interests of companies that are bound to keep accounts in accordance with the Code of Commerce and other commercial and tax regulations, because of their volume of operations or legal configuration.

Different work teams form that department and follow up small groups of companies. The teams are directed by economists and accounting experts who are in charge of monitoring, studying and analysing the accounting, ordering it for the formulation of the Annual Accounts, providing accounting and mercantile advice, preparing tax returns. Basically they supervise all the activities with regard to public authorities such as management and inspection authority of the Tax Office, or Commercial Register, etc.
