Accounting and Administration

This is a specialist area that handles the affairs of companies which, due to the volume of their transactions or their legal structure, are required to maintain accounts in accordance with the Commercial Code and other commercial and tax regulations.

This department is made up of teams responsible for monitoring small groups of companies. These teams are led by economists and chartered accountants who are responsible for monitoring, reviewing and analysing the accounts, organising them for the preparation of the annual accounts, providing accounting and commercial advice, preparing tax returns and, in general, handling all dealings with the relevant authorities, including the Tax Administration’s Management and Inspection departments, the Companies Register, etc.

The range of services in this area is extensive, covering everything from setting up the accounting system to maintaining the records.
